Save a Life! - It’s time to think about saving lives! Galilee Youth will hold their 2019 30-Hour Famine from 7 pm Friday, Feb. 22 through 6 pm, Saturday, Feb. 23 Students can sign up on the board in the classroom trailer.
During the famine, participants will go on a juice and water fast while they perform activities to make them aware of the struggles children in Third World countries face when they are hungry.
So what can you do? Support our youth in their fund raising attempts. $40 feeds and cares for a child for a month!
We also need prayers – not only to help us meet our goal before the famine but for strength while we fast and serve.
Watch for youth in the narthex (lobby) after worship under a sign saying “Will STARVE for Food!” You can also give online at our team page AT THIS LINK!
